老前辈秦基伟将军简介：曾任国家军委副主席、国防部长、北京军区司令员兼第一政委。抗美援朝15军军长，也就是董存瑞、黄继光故事发生的部队，上甘岭的队伍。后来15军改成了中国人民解放军空军。

后来因我《剥削论》作者身份公开，２００４年许，我在与当时在中央残联任主席的邓朴方同志联系中（现任全国政协副主席），无意把这件事撰稿传真过去交流（比本版文稿简略的多），被邓朴方同志查明事件属实，只是把当时秦基伟上将误认为徐向前元帅了。于是我得重新撰写回忆录，缅怀与秦上将的珍贵时光，以作纪念。
由于不写明当时我与兄弟的真实不良关系，难于让人正确地了解我与秦上将当时的真实故事，和为什么后来反常地失去联系。万般无奈，以实事求是，尊重历史的态度，如实插入了我与兄弟当时的不良关系背景。尧舜的故事也有舜的同父异母兄弟害舜的，我也不感到丢人了。真理中没有规定不可能，所以也就不足为奇了。皇家兄弟为争权夺利自相残杀屡见不鲜，何况百姓家庭呢？所以也就不足为耻了。我感到的是加上这些才是完美的，因为它是真实的历史，真实都是完美的。只是真实的邪恶应惩处，真实的正义应伸张。请各位浏览者理解就是。）

“嗯，是农民。”
“分责任田了吗？”
“分了。”
“这个政策好不好？”
“好。上工不怕误点了。下工也自由。”
“有不好的方面没？”

这位妻子是农民的工人继续说“和他们说的好处一样，就是分的太零碎，有时就不知道那块地是了。别的坏处也没有。总之好处多。”

“同志，不要问首长职务了，要不就弄不成了，影响工作。”卫兵和文书见首长脸色不悦，帮助劝我罢休。
“好了，您不愿意说实话，我也不勉强了。但可让我猜猜看吧！您绝对不是师长，起码是军区司令以上的官，说不定您是……（其实我真是瞎猜，根本不认识当时的北京军区司令员兼第一政委秦上将，结果真的碰对了）”卫兵误认为我知道秦上将职务，为了工作方便慌忙用手捂到了我的嘴巴上，厉声说道“这是纪律！”，虽能透点气，但也不便说话了。我感到自己也就是太过分了，一方面暗暗自责，一方面准备马上言归正传。卫兵的强硬态度和慎重行为，证明了首长是上层权威赫赫的人物。
“好了，小同志，咱们言归正传好吧？你看耽误这么多乘客的旅行。”首长的心思一心一意在工作上。
“好吧！那我就言归正传了。”
“对，言归正传，说说你对农村改革开放的心情。”
